How to start

Gather what you need: a small bag or bucket. Nothing else required.

Head outside and see how many you can find: a shell shaped like a spiral, a smooth rock, seaweed, something the waves left behind.

Talk about what you are seeing. Start with "What is the most interesting thing you found?"
